HD axe seat

The HD axe seat is an option for our PW bogies.

It links the seats together, distributing the load and stresses across the entire bogie, enhancing durability and performance in heavy-duty applications.

Angle sensor

Angle sensors installed on follower axles allow for precise measurement of the wheel orientation, improving the vehicle’s maneuverability.

Available for angles from 60° to 110°.

Speed sensor

Speed sensors installed on fixed axles provide precise real-time data, optimizing vehicle control and safety.

Available for square sizes from 90 mm to 150 mm.

Sealing on demand

The metal seal is a proven and recognized solution to ensure optimal sealing in the most demanding environments.

Available with or without an encasing washer, it provides reliable protection against dust infiltration, thereby extending the lifespan of the equipment.

Paint

Our automated painting line ensures the optimal preparation of axles by passing them through multiple surface treatment tunnels.

This surface preparation allows for a uniform application, ensuring high resistance to salt spray. The paint on our axles offers superior protection against corrosion and weathering.
