ROC-LOCK represents a constraint-free hydraulic steering solution, designed to meet the increasing demands for speed and capacity of heavy vehicles.

This robust system, inspired by the strength of MONROC axles, facilitates vehicle steering, resulting in significant savings in tire wear and fuel consumption.

The operating principle of ROC-LOCK includes one or two steering axles and double-acting/double-rod cylinders that control the wheel steering. Steering is ensured by one or two tie-rod cylinders connected to the ROC-LOCK bar, supplemented by a pressure control box and accumulators.

This system is particularly suited for intensive use on trailers, spreaders, or slurry tanks, optimizing movement and consumption while preserving the condition of the tires.

Finally, it is equipped with brakes that comply with CEMAGREF, 2015/68 UTAC, or TÜV 40 Km/h standards, ensuring safety and compliance with the strictest regulations.

Available from 100 mm to 150 mm square.
